Nile St. N1

A converted Edwardian warehouse steeped in history, this building once served as a storage depot for the British Museum before becoming one of the first developments of the renowned Manhattan Loft Corporation in the late 90’s.

Our goal was to fully refit the top floor penthouse and turn this unique and spacious property into the client’s dream home by combining its industrial heritage with an organic, minimalist appearance.

We achieved this through the use of carefully chosen, responsibly sourced materials and finishes; exposed brickwork, handmade silk burlap, specially crafted Moroccan plaster, reclaimed timber and metal work all came together to highlight the original features while infusing a natural warmth into the property.

We worked with the following architect on this project
